The reader can clearly see the additional sale price discount required to encourage an all cash sale. Also, that larger food service businesses (over $500,000) sell for almost twice the cash flow multiple that smaller (under $100,000) businesses sell for.

The information presented is designed to provide insight into the businesses sold. It will be useful for Business Owners, Business Buyers, Business Appraisers, Business Brokers and their clients.

A few interesting new businesses included are: full service restaurants, restaurants with cocktails, cocktail lounges, family restaurants, breakfast & lunch only restaurants, coffee shops, seafood & chicken restaurants, Italian, Mexican & Oriental restaurants, hamburger & pizza fast food, take-out fast foods, ice cream & yogurt, retail, industrial & office delicatessens, coffee houses, food catering & more.
