All Asking Prices and Sales Prices now include inventory. The ratios are also based on Sale Prices with inventories.

Comparisons are also made of the Actual Sale Price to the Gross Sales, Actual Sale Price to Seller’s Discretionary Earnings, the Average Down Payments Made, FF and E Values, Inventory and so on.

Medians and graphs are given for the sale ratios and the area comparisons.

The information presented is designed to provide insight into the businesses sold. It will be useful for accountants, business appraisers, business brokers, consultants and their clients.
