half of all sales are above and below this figure. Pratt’s Stats™
contains up to 80 detailed data fields on the sales of over 7,375
privately held companies. The average selling price of the companies in
Pratt’s Stats™ is approximately $23.3 million. The median selling price
in Pratt’s Stats™ is $1.5 million. And lastly, Public Stats™ is also available.
It currently contains up to 63 detailed data fields on the sales of over
